They discover a prehistoric settlement in the United Arab Emirates
Recently a prehistoric site has been discovered where stone scrapers, punches and axes have been found that are estimated to be hundreds of thousands of years old. It was in Al Dhaid, capital of the central district of the Amirate of Sharjah, in the United Arab Emirates, a team of archaeologists belonging to the Department of Antiquities and the University of Tubingen, in Germany, were in charge of discovering a large number of tools stone in this corner of central Sharjah.
